1. General Use of the Website

This website is provided for informational purposes, including our menu, event listings, promotions, and reservation requests. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content on this site at any time without notice, including pricing, hours, and event details, which are subject to change.

2. Age Requirements & Identification

• TailGators is a licensed establishment. Guests must be 19 years of age or older to consume alcohol, in accordance with Ontario law.
• Valid government-issued photo identification may be required upon entry or when ordering alcoholic beverages.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone unable to provide valid ID or who appears to be intoxicated, in accordance with our Smart Serve obligations.
• Areas or events designated as 19+ are strictly enforced.

3. Reservations & Group Bookings

• Reservations made through this website or by phone are subject to availability and confirmation by TailGators staff.
• Large group and party bookings may require a deposit and/or minimum spend, details of which will be confirmed directly with our events team.
• We ask that you notify us as early as possible of any cancellations or changes to your reservation. Deposits for group bookings may be non-refundable within a specified window of the event date, as communicated at time of booking.
• TailGators reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., private events, maintenance, weather closures).

4. Indoor Golf & Pool Tables

• Use of our indoor golf simulators and pool tables is subject to venue rules posted on-site and any instructions from staff.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment resulting from misuse or negligence.
• Participation in pool league play is subject to separate league rules, which will be made available to registered participants.
• TailGators is not responsible for personal injury arising from the use of recreational equipment where such injury results from failure to follow posted safety instructions.

5. Responsible Alcohol Service

TailGators is committed to responsible alcohol service. Staff are trained to identify and respond to signs of intoxication and reserve the right to refuse further service at their discretion. We do not tolerate impaired driving — guests are encouraged to arrange safe transportation home.

6. Code of Conduct

We want TailGators to be an enjoyable environment for all guests. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailGators, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your visit to our venue, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of personal property, or event cancellations, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All content on this website — including the TailGators name, logo, graphics, photography, and written content — is the property of TailGators unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
